Muhammad Younus Tabba

Mr. Muhammad Younus Tabba started his over forty year long career with Yunus Brothers Group as one of its founding members. With his expertise and diversified experience, he has taken the Yunus Brothers group to a level which is appreciated by local and international business communities. Muhammad Yunus Tabba has also been awarded Businessman of the Year by the Chambers of Commerce several times during his career. Under his leadership, the Group has achieved considerable breakthroughs and has achieved many awards from local and international institutions.


Muhammad Ali Tabba

Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba took over the position of Chief Executive of the Company in 2005 succeeding his late father. Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba is a distinguished leader and has been actively involved in many welfare organizations as well. Mr. Tabba also serves as a Trustee of the Fellowship Fund for Pakistan. He is also on the Board of Governors at various universities, institutions and foundations. He also manages the Group owned Aziz Tabba Foundation which carries out welfare projects in the field of education, health, housing and other social needs. Acknowledging the professional accomplishments, distinguished leadership and commitment to shaping a better future, World Economic Forum bestowed Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba with the honour of Young Global Leader 2010.


Muhammad Sohail Tabba

Mr. Sohail Tabba is one of the top business executives in Pakistan, with vast experience in manufacturing, energy, real estate and cement sectors gained over two decade long career. He serves as the Chief Executive of Gadoon Textile Mills Ltd., Lucky Knits (Pvt.) Ltd., Lucky Energy Pvt. Ltd and Lucky One. He is also the Chairman of the Board’s Budget Committee of Lucky Cement.


Muhammad Faisal

Mr. Muhammad Faisal is the Executive Director and Chief Strategy, Finance and Investment Officer at Lucky Cement Limited., and a Director at LEPCL By profession he is a Chartered Accountant and being a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Mr. Muhammad Faisal has over 19 years of professional experience working in some of the top corporates in Pakistan.
He started his professional career with Ernst & Young (E&Y) Pakistan in 1995 and served for 8 years as the Manager Audit and Assurance. Mr. Muhammad Faisal then joined Indus Motor Company Limited (TOYOTA Pakistan) where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for over eight years prior to joining Lucky Cement.
At Lucky Cement, he is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Corporate & Legal Affairs and Investments of Lucky Cement within and outside of Pakistan. Mr. Muhammad Faisal is also serving as a Director on the Board of 'Nyumba Ya Akiba' (NYA)/CIMKO; an upcoming Cement manufacturing plant of Lucky Cement in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) where he is also Chairman of the ‘Board Audit Committee’ and member of the 'Board Budget Committee' of NYA.
Mr. Muhammad Faisal is also an 'Independent Director' on the Board of 'Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited' [company listed on Pakistan Stock Exchanges] where he serves as the Chairman of the 'Board Audit Committee' and member of the 'Board HR & Remuneration Committee'.

Intisar Ul Haq Haqqi (CEO)

Mr Haqqi has completed his Marine Engineering Training from the Pakistan Marine Academy and went on to work with the Iran National Shipping Lines as Fifth and Fourth Engineer, the Gulf East Ship Management Hong Kong as Fourth, Third and Second Engineer, Income Shipping London as Engineer Superintendent and finally he joined Lucky Cement Limited as Director Power Generation. Mr Haqqi has 20 years of rich experience with the shore power industry in Pakistan. During his wide experience of merchant navy, he had a chance to have meetings, negotiations and finalized the technical contract deals for various equipments. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Lucky Electric Power Company Limited.


Naeem Hussain Kasbati (CFO & Company Secretary)

Mr. Naeem Kasbati is a fellow member of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and ICMAP and a Certified Public Accountant from American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has 26 years of experience with expertise in streamlining operations, cost reduction, strategizing, financial planning & reporting, and funds management including seventeen years in power sector. As a senior member of the management, he played an integral part in strategic decision making in leading organizations.


Muhammad Asad (Director Civil)

Mr. Asad completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University (SIU), Edwardsville, Illinois, USA and Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology, Taxila Pakistan. Mr. Asad comes with 22 years of experience in heading local and international public/private sector organizations. He has expertise in project planning & management, re-engineering & restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and development of green-field projects.
Mr. Asad began his professional career from Office of the City Engineer, City of Kirkwood, Missouri, USA as 'Engineering Assistant', and then joined Lucky Cement Limited as 'Assistant Manager Civil'. He was associated with LTH Joint Venture as 'Director' before Joining Lucky Cement Limited and is currently serving as Director Civil at Lucky Electric Power Company Limited.
